We know it may be time-saving and perhaps tempting to skip these Terms of Use, but it’s important to understand what you can expect from The Coding Company as you use our services.

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (the student or user) and The Coding Company as you engage with our platform, website, and services.

By accessing or using the Site, Platform, Application or any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, then you do not have the right to access or use the Site, Application or Services.

Definitions

Courses – Educational courses listed on the Site or Application offered by third parties.

Course Fees – The amount payable by a student for enrolling in a course.

Collective Content – Content provided by third parties and The Coding Company.

Content – Text, graphics, materials, images, charts, videos, software, and other learning resources.

User – A person who completes the account registration process.

Student – A member who enrolls for courses through the platform.

Workshop – Short instructor-led training programs.

Payment Method – Payment options such as credit card, debit card, net banking or third-party gateways.

Taxes – Applicable government taxes such as GST.

Accounts

You will need an account to access our services. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.

All information provided while creating an account must be accurate and kept up-to-date.

Access Rights and Privileges

Courses and content are provided strictly for educational purposes.

Users are not allowed to distribute, share, broadcast, record, reproduce, rent or sell the content without written permission from The Coding Company.

Violation of these rules may lead to termination of access to our services.

Payments and Refunds

Individual courses may have specific refund, deferral or payment policies.

• Self-paced programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Once the full program fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
• The Coding Company does not store card information restricted by RBI.
• No refunds will be issued after full payment.

Change of Course

Course changes may be permitted once depending on availability and guidelines set by The Coding Company.

Once the batch has started, course changes may not be allowed.

Information Security

Protecting user information is extremely important to us.

We follow security principles including:

• Confidentiality – Protecting information from unauthorized access.
• Integrity – Ensuring data is accurate and complete.
• Availability – Ensuring systems remain available when required.

Information collected may be used to fulfill service requests and improve our offerings.

User Code of Conduct

All users must follow our community guidelines.

• Do not harass, abuse or disrespect other users or instructors.
• Maintain respectful communication at all times.
• Do not post misleading or false information.
• Do not post content violating intellectual property rights.
• Do not post political or religiously sensitive content.

Rights on Use of Our Programs

The Coding Company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify any program at any time.

We are not liable for service interruptions or platform unavailability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Coding Company and its employees, partners, vendors and affiliates from claims, damages or expenses arising from misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers

We are not responsible for transactions conducted with third parties through external links or services provided on linked websites.

Binding Agreement

By creating an account and using our services you enter into a legally binding agreement with The Coding Company.

Updating These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
